Care

Three ways we work

Most people have acupuncture, and some add cupping or a mild current. We plan it with you at the first visit.

  • Acupuncture

Fine, single-use needles placed at points on the arms, legs, back and ears. Most visits use ten to twenty.

    About acupuncture
  • Cupping

Glass or silicone cups set on the back and shoulders for a few minutes, with light suction.

    About cupping
  • Electroacupuncture

A mild current passed between pairs of needles. Not for everyone, so we ask first.

What people come in for after a crash

Stiff necks and shoulders, sore low backs, tension headaches, muscles that stay tight and nights that stay short. Nobody should expect the same visit as the person before them.

  • We tell you what a plan looks like before it starts

  • We'll say when we think you need a doctor instead

  • We write down what we did at every visit

Tell us what's been going on when you call. We'll say what we'd suggest and why.
