Changing an appointment

Please call at least a day before to change a visit, so we can offer the time to someone else.

Clean needles

Needles are sterile, single-use and thrown away in a sharps container after the visit. We wash our hands before and after every patient.

Your records

We write notes at each visit and keep them private. We share them with an insurer or an attorney only when you ask us to, or as the law requires.

Records for a claim

If your insurer asks us for records, we tell you. You can ask us for a copy any time.

Access

The clinic is on the ground floor, with a step-free entrance and a table that lowers. Tell us what you need and we'll set it up.

Scents

We keep the clinic free of perfumes and strong oils. If you're sensitive to anything, tell us.
